Tôi tận tâm làm cho các lớp học của mình không chỉ mang tính giáo dục mà còn thú vị, tràn ngập các hoạt động vui nhộn và hấp dẫn. Mục tiêu của tôi là giúp học sinh cảm thấy như các em không chỉ đang học mà còn được trực tiếp trải nghiệm các môn học. As an early years educator, I am not only a teacher teaching lessons in the class but, also believe that every child deserves a safe and inclusive environment to become confident and independent learners. I support my students in all things according to their needs as well as their emotional and social well-being. Teaching young learners is not easy but if you love your job, you will also love your children. Respecting and showing love for each one of them is the key for them to empower their creativity and imagination to their fullest potential.

I believe that every student learns differently, and as an educator, it's essential to tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. Flexibility is key, whether it involves adjusting lesson plans on the fly or incorporating various instructional techniques to engage students effectively. Clear and open communication is fundamental to fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas and asking questions. By actively listening and providing constructive feedback, I aim to empower students to take ownership of their learning journey. Formative assessment plays a crucial role in this process, as it allows me to continually monitor student progress and adapt instruction accordingly. Through these principles, I strive to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive classroom where students are inspired to explore, collaborate, and thrive.
