I ensure that understanding is facilitated for all students as they have different learning styles. It is my
duty to make sure that collaboration is utilized in the classroom. So to facilitate learning, I always divide the class into small groups and use strategies that can give me immediate feedback about their level of understanding at the beginning, middle and end of each learning session.
