As an early years educator, I am not only a teacher teaching lessons in the class but, also believe that every child deserves a safe and inclusive environment to become confident and independent learners. Teaching young learners is not easy but if you love your job, you will also love your children. duty to make sure that collaboration is utilized in the classroom. So to facilitate learning, I always divide the class into small groups and use strategies that can give me immediate feedback about their level of understanding at the beginning, middle and end of each learning session.
