One interesting fact about me
My favorite food is cheese. The stinkier and gross looking, the better.
Leadership Team
For me, every child is born a genius, with limitless potential. However, as they grow, not every child will become an outstanding individual. This means that when potential is not nurtured and developed early on, it will certainly not flourish. At this point, the role of fathers, mothers, teachers, and the community is to awaken the genius within the child. The most effective method of educating children comes from love. The love of parents, teachers, and the community plays an important role in awakening their talents, creating the "wings" for the child."
I am also a three-time winner of the Movember contest from 2015 to 2017 at BCIS. Movember, a portmanteau of "Moustache" and "November," is an event related to the growth of mustaches and takes place in November to raise awareness about prostate cancer and other male cancer initiatives.

With six years of experience working in the Canadian International School System and the past two years at CIS Lao Cai — the first international school in Northwest Vietnam — I have embarked on a journey of stepping beyond my comfort zone, creating new opportunities for students in the country’s frontier regions. Visiting mountain villages and implementing educational projects for disadvantaged children has strengthened my belief in high-quality education for all. Every child deserves the chance to try, to explore, and to shape their own future.
My journey into education has been an adventure filled with emotions and countless challenges. As a student, I wasn’t the “typical” good student; I was curious and loved testing boundaries. Thanks to the guidance of my teachers, that curiosity transformed into a drive to conquer knowledge — from winning the Ho Chi Minh City Middle School Excellent student contest to earning a National Third Prize in High school Excellent Student contest. That passion led me to become a teacher and later an educational leader, carrying the belief that education is not just about delivering knowledge but about igniting curiosity, resilience, and the drive to live a meaningful life.
I believe every child is born with the potential to succeed, but that potential must be nurtured through effort, guidance, discipline, and the right environment. Talent is valuable, but hard work, resilience, and consistency shape long-term success.
For me, a teacher’s role goes beyond delivering lessons. Great teachers provide love, care, compassion, and guidance while helping students grow academically, personally, and socially.
I also believe education must embrace the future. Artificial intelligence is a tool, just like a pencil or a pen. It should not replace teachers, human connection, or critical thinking, but should be used wisely to support learning, creativity, and problem-solving in an increasingly digital world.

My educational philosophy
I wholeheartedly resonate with the quote by Benjamin Franklin: "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."
One interesting fact about me
When I was in Secondary School, I won the First Prize in Literature for the province of Lam Dong. However, I'm not one to use fancy words in my everyday life. I appreciate simplicity and modesty!
I believe every child carries unique potential and thrives when they are loved, respected, and trusted. An educator’s role is not to shape children into a predetermined version of success, but to create an environment where they can explore, question, find their voice, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
