My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child possesses a unique perspective, approach and pace of learning. The role of educators is to empower children, create environments and provide opportunities for them to explore, experience, and construct knowledge independently, thereby nurturing confidence, independence, rich experiences and lifelong learning skills.
